- YOU MAY alter, colorize, resize or modify any or all images to suit your needs, but YOU MAY NOT claim them as your own.
- YOU MAY use these images to create your own personal scrapbook pages or pages in which you are planning to give as a gift.
- YOU MAY post your layouts in online galleries provided that credit is given in the description of the layout.
- YOU MAY use these products in your design, candy wrapper or photography related business provided the terms are followed as outlined below.
- YOU MAY create custom cards, layouts, invitations, business cards, flyers, letterheads and candy wrappers providing your clients only receive either the printed version and/or the final flattened version of the finished work(s). (i.e. no individual papers/elements or PSD/PNG files)
- YOU MAY use previews of your products created with my designs in your galleries or portfolios.
- YOU MAY use the designs in your web design projects (including eBay templates). Credits MUST also be given on the website or eBay template (graphics copyright & created by badcandy at www.badcandy-factory.ch).
- YOU MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own either in their original state, or in an altered state.
- YOU MAY NOT distribute these graphics in any format except for the uses defined above. In no way may you design templates with these pages to sell on any CD, website, eBay or in any other form.
- YOU MAY NOT print or have printed these papers for sale or distribution via internet, kits, retail locations or any other venue.
- YOU MAY NOT use my products to create other digital scrapbooking products for sale.
- YOU MAY NOT share these files with friends, family, etc. Please feel free to direct them to http://www.badcandy-factory.ch.
- YOU MAY NOT sell these graphics in their purchased format (i.e. sell individual pieces...you may only create a new product for the purpose of selling individual items...no mass production of products).
- YOU MAY NOT produce projects for mass production or distribution. This license allows for small business use only.
- YOU MAY NOT place these designs in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media without my permission.

- YOU MAY NOT sell this product in its original form.

- YOU MAY NOT place these designs in any online collection or archive; in addition, no images are to be redistributed for financial gain or placed within any compilation CD, software or other reproducible media without my permission.
